This two-day workshop is a deep dive into sculpting with light. We start from the very basics of light meters and how to use them. We discuss balancing ambient light with stores and then move into precision lighting design, applied to portraiture. Whether your vision is for a simply-lit composition or a sculpted, multi-light look, you will leave the workshop with a thorough understanding of Rosalind's favorite precision lighting designs and how to apply lighting design concepts in studio or on location. Participants will have the opportunity to make photographic captures for their own portfolios.

DAY 1 - In this HANDS-ON lighting lesson, Rosalind starts by demystifying the light meter: explaining how it works, how to calibrate it, and how to use it.
Rosalind teaches her philosophy and methodology of sculpting the body using light. If you have admired Rosalind’s images, this one class is the key to her high-impact look!!
Participants will be taught lighting setups for production versus competition and will have the opportunity to make photographic captures of models for their own portfolios. Here you will tame the lighting beast and become its Master!
