Before the Workshop

- One-on-one Zoom meeting with Rosalind to review your current portfolio, assess your skill level and discuss your goals.

- Rosalind will send a number of PDF documents to prepare you for the workshop series, including file
management, portrait workflow, lighting design, creating your Photoshop workspace, and instruction on specific techniques, such as frequency separation.

The 3-day B.L.A.M.!!™ Intensive

DAY 1 - Lighting 101: From 0 to B.L.A.M.!!™ in 60 Seconds

In this hands-on lighting lesson, Rosalind starts by demystifying the light meter: explaining how it works,

how to calibrate it, and how to use it. She starts with a single light, explaining and demonstrating the difference

each additional light makes. She teaches the precision, layered-lighting techniques she has used to reinvent

modern fashion portraiture. Participants will be taught lighting setups for production versus competition and will have the opportunity to make photographic captures of models for their own portfolios. Here you will tame the lighting beast and become its Master!

DAY 2 - B.L.A.M.™ Sculptured Lighting for Impact

Rosalind Guder is at the forefront of reinventing fashion portraiture! Leveraging one-of-a-kind wardrobe created for red carpet bound performers, models, and celebrities, Rosalind uses precision lighting to sculpt her subjects for the most-coveted, dramatic looks. In this hands-on class, Rosalind teaches her philosophy and methodology of sculpting the body using light. If you have admired Rosalind’s images, this one class is the key to her high-impact look!!

DAY 3 - The WOW Factor™ Fine Art Glamour Editing

From camera RAW to camera WOW, this workshop teaches advanced Photoshop techniques for creating award winning images. Learn to isolate the subject, channel masking, swapping backgrounds and more. Harness the

power of AI to refine and perfect your images. Improve your Photoshop editing prowess and add The WOW FactorTM to your images! This workshop is geared to those with intermediate or advanced skill in

Photoshop.

The 2-day Masterpiece Portfolio

DAYS 4 & 5

This advanced program is designed to create your own Masterpiece Portfolio. We begin with Rosalind's own cadre of supermodels and exclusive For the Stars celebrity wardrobe. Students will design and implement advanced lighting setups to highlight specific features of the wardrobe for maximum effect. Image captures will be analyzed to determine what steps to take to create a world-class competition image. Then we will work through all of Rosalind's techniques, step-by-step. Participants can practice using their own captures from the workshop or those supplied by the instructor. Rosalind’s goal is to teach all of her competition editing techniques during this two-day intensive. Participants will later be given access to professionally edited videos of all the techniques demonstrated during class.

After the Workshop

- 1 month later - one-on-one Zoom meeting to assess your progress and give specific recommendations for improvement.

- 6 months later - follow-up one-on-one Zoom to ensure steady progress toward your goals.
