Client understands that turnaround is approximately 48 hours for photos and slideshows, and approximately 2 to 3 business days for brochures. These timeframes do not include messenger travel time. Pick-up is available for faster turnaround.

Client agrees that appointment cancellations must be received no later than 12:00 pm the previous business day; cancellation within 24 hours of a booked appointment incurs a fee of $60. Cancellation for Monday appointments must be done no later than Friday 12:00 pm.

Payment is taken in advance by check or by upon arrival at the shoot location by credit card.

Client agrees that I will shoot the property "as-is" upon arrival. As such, I urge the Client or property owner to thoroughly de-clutter prior to my arrival. I do not erase things from photos that could have been improved at the home. I cannot clean/remove garbage or laundry, stage or dress up rooms with props, wait for others (cleaners, open house clients or movers) to finish their work, re-arrange or move furniture, move cars from driveways, or enter premises if a dog is loose. I have the right to cancel the shoot if dangerous animals are not properly contained on the premises of the property. Client will be charged $60 plus any out-of-area travel fees in such a case. If the photographer arrives to the property and does not have access to shoot the property within a reasonable time, Client will be charged $60 plus any out-of-area travel fees

Clients understand and agree that all photos produced for the Client may be used by that Client for marketing associated with the current sale of the photographed property in accordance with local MLS rules. Photographs are copyright protected and a license is granted only to the Client and not to any third party. Any usage of the photos by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers, is prohibited unless approved in writing by me.
